Hello, My name is Emylee Jade (Yambao)
I'm a photographer born and raised in the Pacific NW. I've been married to my husband since July of 2017.I have a bonus son and we have 2 pups and 1 cat. We used to live in Beaverton but has since moved a little further out of town and currently reside in Newberg, Oregon. We are typically a couple of homebodies but our hobbies take us out of the house on occasion. I'm a huge foodie and love a food-venture! My husband is big in the car community and often works on his or help other's with custom car/lighting builds. I'm a huge anime and manga nerd and I still play video games to decompress from my primary work and side job. I've worked from home since the pandemic started in 2019 and have not been back to an office since. Although the pandemic was a terrible event it did push me towards my dreams and hopefully a full time career.
This is my photographers journey, I was gifted my first camera when I was 8 years old and have been in love with this form of art ever since. In 2013, my mother gifted me my first DSLR camera and used it to practice my craft as a hobby photographer. I put down the camera for a few years to focus on life and work but nothing has made me feel more fulfilled than when I had a camera in my hands. When the pandemic hit in 2019, I picked my camera back up and decided to put my insecurities aside and over came the imposter syndrome that plagued me to officially started a professional career. I dabble in a range of subject material from cars and automotive to engagements, elopements, maternity, and boudoir. I specialize in natural light photography with an editorial artistic style. I love a polished portrait and hope to work together soon.
My goal as a photographer is to show you how the world sees you.
I want to capture the fond moments you'll want to remember forever in the most favorable light.
I'm always taking on new clients, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please reach out to me for a consultation. Lets work together.
